Striploin or Fillet -

Another delicious and tender cut.  This striploin is a larger piece ranging from 500gms to around 1.4kg.  

Denver Leg pieces

These cuts come from the back leg and are a very versatile piece of meat.  This can be cut into steaks and fried or cooked a little longer in the oven for an alternative meal option


Venison Mince

A delicious and low fat mince option.  Use venison mince in a range of recipes instead of beef for a low fat option.  Packaged in approx. 500 gm portions.
