Our order process


Our meat comes directly from the registered packhouse, so we cut out the middleman to keep our prices low.


Each cut is packaged and labelled and weights range from 400gms to around 1.3 grams.


Prime cuts available:

Tenderloin         $49.00/kg

Fillet                 $49.00/kg

Denver Leg        $39.00/kg

Mince                $16.50/kg

Casserole cube  $18.50/kg

Short ribs          $11.00/kg


Post and packaging:

Lower North Island $13.50

Upper North Island $18.50



Tell us what  prime cut you would like and approximate weight and we'll send you a confirmation email with the order and payment details.  Once you confirm and pay we'll and courier it directly to you.
